| 摘 要： | 在分析民办养老院的发展现状基础上,提出民办养老院的应对之策:自身应创新管理模式,完善管理制度;加强护理队伍建设,使护理队伍专业化;加强精神文化建设,做好老人心理疏导工作等。同时,民办养老院的发展也离不开政府的监督和支持,以及社会爱心力量的关怀和帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Private nursing homes itself from innovating management mode, strengthening the standardi- zation of the management system; enhancing care team building, so that specialized care team; strengthening the spiritual and cuhural construction, good psychological counseling for the old and other aspects of the work to take countermeasures. At the same time, private nursing homes also cannot do without the government＇ s support and supervision as well as the social power of love and care to help. |
