| 摘 要： | 大连市和青岛市是中国重要的港口城市,从20世纪开始,两市分别采用城市品牌发展模式和品牌城市发展模式进行城市化建设。城市化体系可以划分为城经济和市经济。大连市的城市品牌发展模式就是城经济运营方式的一种,而青岛市建立的城市品牌则属于市经济的经营范畴。大连市和青岛市城市品牌和品牌城市发展效果比较和分析说明:以市经济发展为主、城经济发展为辅的发展模式效果较为突出,但绝非说城经济不重要。城市化的均衡是建立在城和市都均衡的基础之上,无论哪一方面发展滞后,都会影响城市化的进程。
