| 摘 要： | 2004-2008年中国国有工业企业的竞争优势呈上升趋势。东部地区的国有工业企业竞争力水平是四大地区中最高的,但竞争力明显减弱;2004年珠三角经济圈的竞争优势系数是最高的,到2008年被长三角经济圈超过,环渤海经济圈仍然是三大经济圈中最低的。三大经济圈的市场份额下降了十个百分点,其中环渤海经济圈下降幅度较大,但仍然是三大经济圈中市场份额最高的。2008年中国地区国有工业企业的资本产出弹性为劳动产出弹性的两倍,对资本的依赖程度依然较高。东部地区应注意加快产业转型,各地区应注意提高资本效率。
