| 摘 要： | 国际产业转移自二战以来在全球范围内至少形成了三大浪潮。20世纪80年代以来中国沿海地区作为当时国际产业转移的主要承接地,经济增长取得了令人瞩目的成绩。中国部分企业近年来由于要素成本增加等原因开始通过产业转移来提高企业收益,近年来越南作为东盟第二大经济体对承接国际产业转移有较强的兴趣和需求。中越产业转移应以中国—东盟自由贸易为依托增进合作,双方政府为产业转移创造条件,建立政府互访和企业家交流机制。
