| 摘 要： | 供应链的时间对供应链的绩效作用重大,本文阐述了供应链提前期及提前期的组成及其可压缩性。并从战略和战术角度对供应链的时间压缩问题进行了研究,提出运用系统方法进行供应链提前期的压缩,对物流提前期和信息流提前期的压缩进行了研究。

| Abstract: | The compression of total time in supply chain is vital for supply chain performance. Firstly the paper sets forth the lead time and its formation in supply chain, and suggested that the lead time can be compressed. And then that how to compress the lead time is studied in the aspect of stratagem and tactics and it emphasize that lead time be compressed in system way. Finally how to compress logistics lead time and information lead time is studied. |
