| 摘 要： | 当前国际金融形势具有国际金融危机超规律、世界经济衰退超定义、国际金融资产超价值、国际金融主导超远见、国际金融竞争超战略的特点。面对国际金融形势的复杂与交叉风险，我国的政策应对和长远规划显得至关重要。当前，我国经济金融政策自我分析客观性不足、政策手段协同性不足、自我评估科学性不足、金融竞争效率性不足、自我规划战略性不足。我们应在全面认知国际金融形势和国内经济特点的基础上，对经济金融政策进行深入研究和规划设计。
