保理在新疆发展的制约因素分析及对策建议

保理是一项新兴综合性金融服务，不仅有利于拓展银行盈利空间，而且对中小企业融资具有独特优势，已成为全球贸易结算的主流。近年来保理在中国得到快速发展，但新疆保理业起步晚，发展缓慢，难以对经济发挥积极作用。本文通过对保理在新疆发展的现状和制约因素分析，从银行、政府、企业三个角度提出了保理在新疆发展的对策建议。

Difficulties in and Measures on Factoring Development in Xinjinag

Being a new integrated finance trading service, factoring has become the main trend of trade settlements globally. Factoring not only extends the span of profit making of commercial banks but also shows great priority in helping small and medium sized enterprise financing. Regardless of rapid development of China factoring in recent years, factoring development has been slow since it started in Xinjiang lately, and it has difficulties in helping economic development. This paper puts forward factors keeping factoring from developing in Xinjiang after it introduces development details of factoring. Lastly, it proposes pertinent suggestions and methods.
