| 摘 要： | 本文以委托代理理论为分析框架审视了公共养老基金的管理问题。同私营公司和养老基金相比,公共养老基金的委托代理关系较为特殊,目标利益冲突更为复杂,委托代理风险也有很多特殊表现。公共养老基金的管理需要针对这些特殊问题建立相应的治理机制,以提高管理绩效,保障参加者的退休收入安全。

This paper examines the applicability of such theory to the governance of public pension funds, discusses the particularity of the principal-agency relationship and agency problems that may exist in public pensions. This may help to enhance the management of public pension funds. |
