| 摘 要： | 随着市场的发展和完善,广东民营企业加快了向现代企业制度转变的步伐。但由于产权不清晰,所有权和经营权合一、公司治理结构的缺失和不规范等因素的存在,使得广东民营企业的内部治理机制仍存在一些问题。本文从明晰广东民营企业产权、完善广东民营企业的现代公司治理结构、完善广东民营企业的共同治理机制等方面对如何构建广东民营企业内部治理机制进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | With the development and perfection of the market,Guang-dong private enterprises speed up the pace of transformation of modern enterprise system.However,Guangdong private enterprises still have some problems beacause of the existence of factors such as unclear property rights,unity of ownership and management rights,imcomplete and unstandard corporate governmance structure,etc,The article discusses how to construct internal governmance mechanisms of Guangdong private enterprises from aspects such as clarifying property rights,perfect modern corporate governmance structure and common governance mechanisms of Guangdong private enterprises,etc. |
