摘    要:本文基于文化与经济的互动关系 ,认为启动市场、刺激内需应当将利益驱动与文化的诱导结合起来 ,在充分运用物质利益调节的同时 ,在文化心理上予以合理引导。在分析我国市场现状的基础上 ,提出目前我国市场上存在着“消费断层”与“心理断层”共同影响购买力的观点 ,并认为目前我国已进入到了“阶层消费”时代 ,因而需要在文化心理上为不同阶层的消费进行引导 ,最后从几个不同方面提出了以文化创新来为启动市场创造条件的设想。

Cultural Guide and Internal Demand Stimulation
Abstract:On the basis of the mutual-act relationship of culture and economy,it is believed in the article that to start markets and stimulate the internal demand,benefit prompt should be combined with cultural guide——a reasonable guide in cultural psychology should be provided while material benefit is fully applied to regulate it.And through the analysis of our present situation,the standpoint is put forward that on our market there is a consumption fault and a psychology fault,which together affects the purchasing power.It is also believed in it that we have reached the time of level consumption,therefore consuming at different levels is to be guided in cultural psychology.In the end,the idea is advanced in several different respects that to start markets conditions are created by bringing forth new ideas in culture.
