我国创业板上市公司成长性测量

上市公司的成长性是创业板市场发展的关键问题,目前涉及如何测量创业板上市公司成长性的研究在国内较少,因此,该研究具有重要的理论意义。本文旨在回答如何正确理解创业板上市公司的成长性、上市后是否存在"业绩变脸"、哪些因素会影响它的成长性等问题,这对于促进创业板健康成长,帮助投资者理性地分析和投资具有重要的实践意义。本文首先对企业"成长性"的内涵进行了完整界定,然后抽取174家公司作为研究样本进行实证研究,最后对实证结果进行分析并提出政策建议。研究得出创新是创业板上市公司发展的动力和源泉。

Measurement of GEM Listing Companies' Growth
