Study on the Reform of Collective Forest Right System in Fujian

History and achievements of the reform of collective forest right system in Fujian are reviewed,and the contradictions and causes in the reform are analyzed,accordingly the countermeasures are proposed to deepen the reform of collective forest right system in Fujian.A series of comprehensive coordinated reform is actively explored,such as to relax the forest cutting quota,improve the index distribution mechanism,promote the forest right mortgage and forest insurance,set up information service platform,standardize government behavior,accelerate construction of forest resources evaluation system,perfect the socialized service system to adapt to the development of modern forestry,strengthen science and technology innovation and popularization in forestry,and create the protection system for sustainable development of forestry.
