| 摘 要： | 本文对产业集群创新与风险投资关系方面的文献进行了梳理，分析了中小高新技术企业集群式创新与风险投资的相互影响，并结合我国实际探讨了高新技术产业集群式创新和风险投资联动不足的表现及原因，在此基础上提出了相关的改革建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces viewpoints of some scholars about relationship between clustering innovation and venture capital, analyzes the interaction of venture capital and clustering innovation in small-and-medlum size high-tech enterprises, discusses reasons of shortage of linkage between clustering innovation of small-and-medium size high-tech enterprises and the venture capital in China, brings some constructing suggestions. |
