重点国有林区旅游目的地建设关键要素分析

基于根据重点国有林区2010—2017年旅游相关数据,运用灰色关联技术分析旅游资源质量、基础设施条件、资源投入、当地经济发展状况和社区参与这5个因素对重点国有林区旅游目的地建设的影响。研究结果表明:不同林区之间旅游产业规模和带来的经济效益具有较大差异;基础设施条件和资源投入因素对各林区旅游目的地建设正向影响显著;旅游资源质量因素的影响较小;影响不同林区旅游目的地建设的关键要素差异较大。最后,提出提升目的地设施服务和资源投入质量;拓宽社区参与渠道;加快引进科技与文创人才等建议。

Analysis on Key Elements of Tourism Destination Construction in Key State-Owned Forest Areas

⑴ Background——Stimulated by the ecological civilization construction and getting rid of the predicaments of "resources" and "economy",the key state-owned forest areas regard tourism industry as an important choice for their industrial transformation.However,due to the relative lack of research in accordance with the actual development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas,there are some problems in the process of destination construction,such as blind construction,hindering the sustainable and healthy development of the tourism industry in key state-owned forest areas.⑵ Methods——Based on the analysis of relevant literature in the field of tourism destination research and the actual development of key state-owned forest areas,this paper uses grey correlation technology to analyze the tourism-related data of key state-owned forest areas in 2010-2017 from the aspects of quality of tourism resources,infrastructure status,resource input,local economic development level and community participation,in order to find out the key factors affecting the construction of tourist destinations in key countries.⑶ Results——The study finds that there exists a significant difference in the ranking of the relationship between the construction of tourist destinations in key national forest areas and the key factors.(1) Longjiang Group:Community Participation(0.882)>Local Economic Development Status(0.779)>Infrastructure Conditions(0.778)>Resource Input(0.736)>Tourism Resource Quality(0.527);(2)Jilin Group:Local Economic Development Status(0.784)>Community Participation(0.647)>Resource Input(0.620)>Tourism Resource Quality(0.615)>Infrastructure Conditions(0.593);(3)Inner Mongolia Group:Community Participation(0.731)>Resource Input(0.695)>Basic Facility conditions(0.690)>Local economic development status(0.624)>Quality of tourism resources(0.593);(4)Daxinganling Forestry Group:Local economic development status(0.719)>Infrastructure conditions(0.656)>Quality of tourism resources(0.642)>Resource input(0.607)>Community participation(0.535).For Longjiang Group and Inner Mongolia Group,the factors of community participation have the highest impact on the construction of tourism destinations,and the local economic development situation has the greatest impact on the construction of tourist destinations.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——The problems faced by the construction of tourist destinations in key state-owned forest areas are characterized by coexistence of differences and similarities.The similarities lie in the fact that infrastructure status and resource input have a significant impact on the construction of tourist destinations in key state-owned forest areas,and the quality of tourism resources has a relatively small impact on the construction of tourist destinations in key state-owned forest areas.The differences are mainly reflected in the obvious differences in the key factors affecting the construction of tourism destinations in key state-owned forest areas.It is necessary to improve the quality of facility service and resources input,broaden the channels to increase community participation,introducing science and technology and creative talents to innovate the ways of resource utilization.
