| 摘 要： | 本文通过对人民币资本账户可兑换的收益和风险进行了分析和研究,认为现阶段其风险大于收益,激进式实现是不可取的,但从长远来讲,人民币资本账户可兑换是中国经济和金融进入全球化的内在要求,应该继续平稳地推进人民币资本账户可兑换的进程。

| Abstract: | After studying and analyzing the benefits and risks of exchangeable RMB capital account,this paper holds that at present,there are more benefits than risks and it's not advisable to radically realize exchangeable capital account.However,in the long run,that RMB capital account is exchangeable is indispensable for the globalization of Chinese economy and finance.Therefore,the process of exchangeable RBM capital account should be advanced stably. |
