全球价值链视角下我国制造业生产长度与产业动态调整

伴随着世界贸易格局的多极化发展,尤其在制造业层面,自由与多样化分工的产业制造与要素资源的流动特性,正逐步取代传统贸易体系。在推行制造业升级与新兴产业发展的背景下,我国制造业如何在全球价值链体系下实现价值链地位的攀升,得到了学界的广泛关注。基于全球价值链核算理论,利用世界投入产出数据库,测算我国制造业生产长度,研究发现:我国制造业整体在全球价值链中参与度持续增加;技术密集型制造业生产长度要高于劳动密集型;从制造业生产所创造的增加值流向来看,技术密集型行业生产专业化程度有所提升,而劳动密集型行业则相对较弱。在数字化发展背景下,提出创新制造业技术,引领制造业服务化转型等对策建议。

Manufacture Industry Production Length and Dynamic Industry Adjustment from the Perspective of Global Value Chain

With the development of a multipolar world trade pattern,especially at the manufacture industry level,Free and diverse division of labor and the flowing characteristics of factor resources are gradually replacing the traditional trading system.Under the background of promoting the manufacture industry upgrading and the development of emerging industries,how China's manufacturing industry climbs in the global value chain has been widely concerned by the academic circle.To solve this problem,based on the global value chain accounting theory,this paper uses the World Input-Output Database to measure the production length of Chinese manufacture industry and finds that:The participation of Chinese manufacture industry continues to increase in the global value chain;The production length of technology-intensive manufacture industry is higher than that of laborintensive manufacture industry;From the direction of added value created by manufacturing production,the degree of specialization of production in technology-intensive industries is improved and the labor-oriented industries remains low.Therefore,under the background of digital development,this paper provides corresponding suggestions on how to foster technological innovation in the manufacture industry and lead the service-oriented transformation of the manufacture industry.
