关于我国企业人力资源管理现状分析及对策研究

摘    要:经过二十多年的改革,我国已逐步建立起社会主义市场经济体制框架,然而,企业人事制度的改革明显滞后,无法适应市场经济的要求,但人力资源的管理与开发是不断发展和完善的,鉴于当前人力资源管理正处于逐步完善阶段,本文将从我国企业人力资源管理的总体现状出发,对我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行分析,从而提出相应的对策.

Abstract:Our country have been elapsed more than 20 - years reformation, and already gradually established socialism market economy system frame, however, reformation in personnel of enterprise is obviously retardant, it cant adapt to the request of the market economy, human resource management and development is continuously developing and perfect, owing to current human resource management be gradually placed in perfect stage, this text will set out the total present condition of human resource management, it will analyzed the problem of human resource management and put forward the corresponding measures.
