我国农村劳动力转移过程存在的问题与对策探讨

农村劳动力向城市的转移,是城市工业化过程的客观需要。但是,由于农民和土地的特殊关系,使得我国农民在向城市转移过程中存在诸多问题。这些问题不仅影响到农民的切身利益,也由此产生多种社会问题。要使得这些问题最终解决,必须通过对农村土地的使用权和经营权的调整,解决好农民和土地的关系得以实现。

The problem existing in China countryside labor transferring process and countermeasure probing

It is the objective demand of our city-industrialization process that the village labor forces transfer toward the city.However,there are some problems during the process because of the special relation between the peasant and the land in China which has not only influenced the peasant's benefits but also brought up many social problems.In order to find the final solution for these problems,we must adjust the powers between the using and managing and settle the relations between the peasant and the land.
