高等院校旅游教育全程实践教学体系构建与思考

＂两创＂战略的提出为人才培养需求确定了新的发展方向。高等院校的旅游专业人才培养目标在新形势下也从＂应用型＂定位向＂创新型、复合型＂定位转变。新型人才要求具备更广泛的知识结构基础、更精深的前沿研究和更全面的素质拓展。旅游实践教学是旅游教学体系中的重要分支,也是人才实践能力、创新能力培养的重要途径。从实证角度出发,深入论证和思考旅游教育全程实践教学体系的构建,为中国旅游教育事业更好地服务地方、服务社会贡献一份力量。

Construction and Consideration on Practical Teaching System of Tourism Education in Colleges and Universities

The strategy of ＂Two Main Creativities＂ has pointed a new development direction for talents cultivation. On this new situation, the objective of professional talents cultivating in undergraduate level in colleges and universities has shifted from the type of application to the type of creation and composition. New-type talents are required to have wider knowledge bases, deeper leading researches and more comprehensive qualities. Practical teaching is an important branch of teaching system in undergradu- ate level, as well as a key approach to foster talents~ abilities of practice and creativity. From the angle of demonstration, this pa- per has deeply expounded and thought the construction of practical teaching system of tourism education in colleges and universi- ties, trying to contribute for making tourism education serve locality and society better.
