| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国中小企业在融资体制中存在的问题,指出我国建立中小企业信用担保存在以下阻碍:缺少必要的风险补偿机制、信用担保风险呈多元化、缺少法律的有效支持,建议借鉴国外的经验,结合我国的现实情况,制定切实可行的完善对策。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems existing in financing system of medium and small enterprises in our country,points out there are some difficulties to establish credit guarantee system of medium and small enterprise in our country,such as lack of necessary risk compensation system,the multielement of credit guarantee risk,lack of effective support from laws.Suggests that using external experiences for reference,combining the actual situations of our country,set down feasible and perfect countermeasures. |
