| Abstract: | The high capital technology agriculture innovation depends on the deepening of structural transformation.The undertaking industrial transfer contributes to the deepening of structural transformation in central China,and has obvious "pull effect" to high capital technology agriculture innovation.The government in central China should insist undertaking industrial transfer based on towns and further improve the agricultural production factor market. |
