| 摘 要： | 文章系统地论述了完善我国质量监管体系的必要性，分析了我国质量监管的基本特点，并对我国质量监管体系建设的目标、需要解决的主要问题以及建设的基本思路进行了分析研究，在此基础上，提出了我国国家质量监管体系的总体框架。
