| 摘 要： | 配偶权是基于合法婚姻关系而在夫妻双方之间发生的、由夫妻醍方平等专属享有的要求对方陪伴、生活、钟爱、帮助的基本人身权。配偶权的具体内容包括同居权利义务、贞操忠实义务、夫妻姓名权、住所决定权、日常事务代理权等。我国民法对侵害配偶权的行为应当予以救济。

Its main contents are the rights and obligations of cohabitation, the faithful virginity, the names of the couple, shelter discretion, daily affairs Acting. The civil law should provide remedy to the tort on spouse right. |
