| 摘 要： | 从理论上概述了工作环境因素、自主知识创造能力与创新绩效三组变量的内涵、类型及其理论联系,构建了工作环境因素、自主知识创造能力与创新绩效间关系的整体概念模型,提出了三组变量间关系的研究假设。采用问卷调查方法对300家建立合作关系企业的自主知识创造状况进行问卷调查,利用问卷调研数据实证分析了三组变量间的影响关系和作用路径。实证结果表明:企业工作环境与自主知识创造能力之间、自主知识创造能力与创新绩效之间存在显著的相关关系;组织学习在自主知识创造能力之间发挥着明显的中介效应。

| Abstract: | This paper sets forth the connotation,type and link of three variable theoretically,namely work environmental factor,knowledge creation ability and innovation performance. And it constructs the concept model of the relationships among three variables, and puts forward the research hypothesis about these relationships among them. Then using the data about 300 enterprises with knowledge creation activities in innovation environment,it empirically studies the influencing relationships and effect paths among them. The results indicate that work environment factors are closely related to knowledge creation abilities,and knowledge creation abilities are closely related to innovation performance,and organizational learning plays a significant mediating effect on self-knowledge creation abilities. |
