| 摘 要： | 利用1978—2010年我国西部地区12省市的数据,测算了我国西部地区的资本、劳动力和TFP对经济增长的贡献率。结果显示:当期我国西部地区的经济增长主要源于资本投入;但是,由于资本对经济增长的贡献太大,因此TFP呈相对平稳下降趋势,TFP对经济增长的作用还不是很明显。指出:若2010—2020年西部地区TFP对经济增长的贡献率为37.1%,则西部地区能实现以技术进步带来可持续增长。最后提出西部地区实现经济可持续增长的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the data about western region in China during 1978-2010,and calculates the contribution rates of capital,labor and TFP of China＇s western region to economic growth. The results show that the economic growth of Chings western region in this period is mainly due to capital investment,while TFP presents a relatively smooth downward trend because the contribution of capital is too large,and the promotion effect of TFP is still not very obvious. And it points out that, the economy of western region would be able to achieve the sustainable growth brought by technological progress if the contribution rate of TFP to economic growth of western region during 2010-2020 is 37.1%. Finally, it puts forward policy recommendations for the sustainable economic growth of western region. |
