| 摘 要： | 对浙江省内4所高校286个大学生创业样本进行问卷调查,利用调查数据,并基于Sahlman模型,探索影响大学生合作创业成功的因素。研究结果显示:影响大学生合作创业成功的关键因素为共识达成、合作者特质、人际关系以及外部资源;以性别、学科背景以及学校作为分类变量,则每个分类变量的各因子得分不存在显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Using the data from the investigation in 286 specific samples of 4 universities in Zhejiang province,this paper studies the successful factors of undergraduate＇s cooperative entrepreneurship based on the Sahlman model. The results show as follows; the key factors influencing successful cooperative entrepreneurship are consensus reaching, partner characteristic,interpersonal relationship and external resource; there is not significant differences in factor scores among gender or professional background or school. |
