| 摘 要： | 建立CES效用函数,就城市化对政府财政支出规模的影响进行理论分析,进而利用2004—2012年全国30个省级区域的面板数据进行实证分析。理论分析和实证分析的结果都表明:城市化确实扩大了政府的财政支出规模。最后根据研究结论提出有效安排公共财政支出的建议。
