冷链物流体系构建研究

综合考虑冷链物流体系构建所应涉及的冷链物流因素、建设运行和宏观环境支持等方面的内容,将冷链物流体系分为冷链物流网络系统、冷链物流支撑系统和冷链物流运行系统三个子系统进行构建。理论框架不仅涵盖对冷链物流需求主体、供给主体和目标客户的考虑,也考虑了体系构建所必须的如基础设施、信息平台等支撑要素,同时还涉及到体系构建和运行所需要的宏观政策环境方面的内容。此理论框架为冷链物流体系的构建提供了可供参考的理论和建议。

Study on the Construction of Cold Chain Logistics System

Considering the influential elements in cold chain logistics,the running mechanism and the macro-environment involved in the construction of cold chain logistics system,this paper divides the system into three subsystem——the network subsystem,the support subsystem and the operation subsystem.The theoretical frame does not only cover the consideration to demand,supply and target customers in cold chain logistics,but also the support elements(infrastructure,information platform,etc.)that are indispensable in the construction of this system.In the meantime,it also covers the macro-policy environment related to the construction and operation of this system.The theoretical frame provides available theory and advice for the construction of the cold chain logistics system.
