利用BP神经网络评价电子商务系统绩效的方法

给出了一种评价电子商务系统绩效的新方法。运用企业关键因素模型的思想,设计一组用以评价电子商务系统绩效的指标;并将这些指标运用BP神经网络的方法,评价电子商务系统绩效,通过算例验证其可行性。该评价方法克服了常用的专家评价法、模糊评价法等在评价电子商务系统的建设质量、成本耗费、学习成长能力及绩效水平上的不足,为综合评价电子商务系统的绩效提供了一种新途径。

Method Based BP Neural Network for the Performance Evaluation of EC System

This paper presents a new method for the performance evaluation for the e-commerce systems.With the model of CKF,a range of indexes combining with BP Neural Network method is designed to evaluate the performance of EC.And an example was used to validate its feasibility.The method overcomes the shortages of expert evaluation ,fuzzy evaluation and so on exist in quality of establishment,expense,the ability of growing and the level of performance and provides a compositive estimating way for the performance of EC system.
