| 摘 要： | 笔者从行业特征的角度分析了我国生物医药行业企业资本结构的影响因素,利用该行业最近连续4年的数据,实证检验了该行业资本结构与其他行业的差异性,同时也证明了与生物医药行业经营特征密切的因素导致其低负债的资本结构.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the factors affecting the capital structure of biological pharmacy enterprises of our country from the perspective of industry characteristics,empirically tests the differences between this industry and others by using the data from this industry in recent successive four years and at the same time proves the factors that have close correlation with the managing characteristics of biological pharmacy enterprises lead to its capital structure with low debts. |
