Constructing Successful Corporation Innovation by Network organization

Based on the analysis of the competitive relation and cooperative relation between the equipment manufacturing and the high-tech industry,the article analyses the non-cooperative game relation by the analysis of the cooperative R&D and the principal-agent,the effective incentive mechanism should be established to form the non-cooperative gamble Nash equilibrium.Because the result of the non-cooperative game between the equipment manufacturing and the high-tech industry have the residual income,so the equipment manufacturing industry and the high-tech industry have the possible to achieve cooperative game,and this article discusses three mechanism that urges the form of the cooperative game.The study that determines the game relation analysis lays down the foundation for establishing game model and formulation game strategy.
