供应链视角下农产品物流模式优化研究——以重庆市为例

大力发展农产品物流对于促进农产品流通,实现重庆城乡统筹发展和"科学发展、富民兴渝"具有重要意义。农产品物流模式成为了制约农产品物流发展的瓶颈。文章对重庆市农产品物流存在的问题进行了梳理和进行SWOT分析,在供应链管理的理论基础上提出了构建以"基于农产品物流供应链整合的集成模式"主导,以"专业批发市场主导物流模式"为补充的发展模式,进行了主体创新、制度创新等对策研究。
