| 摘 要： | 全球化背景下，国外知名会展企业纷纷进入中国市场。通过动因、发展历程及常见的并购模式，对外资并购中国会展企业的现状进行了总结回顾，在此基础上，分别从宏观政府层面、中观行业协会层面及微观企业层面，提出应对外资并购的对策和建议，以实现中国会展业健康持续的发展。

| Abstract: | In the context of globalization, more and more MICE international groups have entered the Chinese market. By analy- zing the causes, development process and modes for mergers and acquisitions, this article reviews the current situation for foreign capital mergers and acquisitions of Chinese MICE enterprises and puts forward countermeasures from government, industry asso- ciation and enterprise level to realize the healthy and sustainable development for Chinas MICE industry. |
