龙脊梯田社区旅游发展中的利益关系研究

利益关系问题对于少数民族社区旅游可持续发展意义重大。以龙脊梯田景区作为案例地，运用深度访谈、参与式观察与非参与式观察及文献等研究方法。深入探讨了政府、旅游公司、外来投资商、社区和普通村民等各利益主体之间的利益关系。研究发现：各利益主体参与旅游方式不同，其利益关注点差异较大，导致了他们之间的多萤利益矛盾和冲突，尽管旅游公司、政府和外来投资商处于“强势”地位．但作为“弱者”的村民为了争取自己的权益一旦拿起“武器”，以“强者”的姿态进行斗争乃至对抗，必将造成恶劣影响和不良后果，最终不利于旅游的可持续发展。

Research on Interests＂ Relationship of Community Tourism Development in Longji Terrace

The relationship of interests is very significant for the sustainable development of ethnic community tourism. This pa- per as a case of Longji Terrace , the use of in-depth interviews, participant observation and non-participant observation, literature and other research methods, studies the relations of interests about the government, tourism companies, foreign investors, com- munities and ordinary villagers and other stakeholders. The findings show that, various stakeholders involved in tourism in differ- ent ways arid they have quite different concerns, which results in multiple conflicts of interests; Although tourism companies, governments and foreign investors in a ＂strong＂ position, the villagers as a ＂weakers＂ in order to fight for their rights, once picks up ＂weapon＂ as ＂strongers＂ to fight and even confront with them, it will inevitably lead to bad implications and negative effects, and ultimately it conducts unsustainable development of tourism.
