| Abstract: | Credit is the base of market economy. Without necessary qualified credit, our normal economic activities will be destroyed seriously. The article has drawn some analyses on the nature and effect of credit lapse. Then it reveals the appearance and the causes of credit lapse as well. It also raises some brief suggestions on credit construction. |
