加强文化遗产保护的财政支持研究——以福建省为例

随着经济的发展,文化遗产的保护和开发越来越受到人们的重视。保护文化遗产对促进福建经济和文化产业可持续发展具有重要的意义。目前我省文化遗产投入力度严重不足,影响我省全面可持续发展的实现和和谐社会的构建。本文首先探讨了文化遗产保护的意义,并在分析福建省文化遗产保护的现状和问题基础上,借鉴国外政府财政支持文化遗产保护的经验,结合我省实际,对文化遗产的保护提出加大财政投入、优化财政支出结构、实施税收优惠政策和引入市场机制等建议。

A Study of Strengthening Financial Support for the Protection of Cultural Heritage--Taking Fujian as an Example

Cultural heritage protection and development has attracted more and more attention by people with the development of economy. The protection of cultural heritage would maintain economic and cultural industry sustainable development in Fujian. At present, such investment in Fujian is relatively low, and can has a passive impact on sustainable development and construction of the harmonious society. This paper, firstly discusses the significance of cultural heritage protection, and analyzes the situation and problems on the protection of cultural heritage in Fujian, learns experience from foreign countries, puts forward the increasing financial investment, optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure,the implementation of preferential tax policies and the construction of market mechanisms
