| 摘 要： | 近几年来，高职院校在促进区域经济社会发展，推进高等教育大众化的进程中，发挥了重要的作用。同时，在其发展过程中也仍存在着人才培养目标不明确、课程体系设计不合理、校企合作流于形式等诸多问题，造成了高技能应用型人才的培养与社会经济发展的实际需要之间结构性矛盾越发突显。正确的处理好高职人才培养中的各项问题，对高职院校可持续发展，对整个社会经济的发展都具有十分重要的意义。文章就高职校校人才培养中的问题和对策进行了分析与思考。
