资本、技术、工资投入要素对就业效应的实证分析

摘    要:近年来,我国经济在飞速增长的同时面临着失业量上升的巨大压力,尤其在国际金融危机的影响下,我国的就业形势日益严峻。影响就业量的因素很多,既有宏观因素和微观因素,也有可量化的因素和不可量化的因素。资本、技术、工资、劳动力均是决定产出的投入要素,充分就业是宏观经济目标之一,研究相关投入要素对于就业量的影响具有现实意义。本文运用1995~2010年的数据,分析资本、技术、工资三个投入要素对就业量的影响,并建立长短期模型,寻求影响我国就业效应的深层次原因。

Abstract:In recent years, there is a rapid economy growth while facing unemployment pressure in china, especially with the influence of the international financial crisis, the situation of Chinese employment is not optimistic. There are many factors influence on the employment, such as macro factors and micro factors,quantifiable factors and unquantifiable factors. Capital, technology, labor, and salary are the four factors which could decide the outputs. Full employment is one of economy macro- seopical targets, so it is significance to study the relevant inputs factors" affection on employment. This paper chooses 1995- 2010 years" data, analyzes three input factors" (such as capital, technology, salary) affection on employment, and attempts to establish a long-term model to explain the three factors" quantity influence on employment. And then analyze the deeply af- fect on employment reasons.
