制度因素对区域经济差异影响的实证分析

伴随中国经济的高速增长,区域经济差异日益突出,其中制度因素的差异是导致经济增长差异的主要原因之一。以新古典经济增长模型为基础,将其中的资本投入剖解为政府部门投入、私人部门投入、外资投入,从而可以在经济增长模型中引入经济体制、产权制度、对外开放程度三个制度变量,利用具有代表性的省市1978-2003年间的面板数据,建立计量模型,结果表明这些因素在一定程度上可以解释区域经济差异。

An Empirical Analysis on the Influence of Institutional Factors on the Difference of Regional Economy in China

With the fast development of Chinese economy,the difference of regional economy in China is becoming larger and clearer.One of the contributors is the difference of institutional change in the regions.Based on neo-classical economic growth model,the author divides capital investment into government investment,private investment,and foreign capital investment,and in this way the three institutional factors including economic system,property right system,and the degree of opening to the outside world can be introduced into economic growth model.Furthermore,the author uses panel data of representative provinces during 1978 to 2003 to set up a measurement model.The results can,to some degree,explain the difference of regional economy.
