| 摘 要： | 以加入WTO后中国汽车产业为研究对象,通过自主创新评价指数、皮尔逊相关系数对战略性贸易政策中R&D补贴政策、自主创新以及我国汽车产业结构之间进行经验性、相关性及回归分析。研究发现R&D补贴政策与我国汽车产业自主创新高度正相关,相关系数十分显著;战略R&D补贴及企业自主创新对市场占有率影响存在滞后效应,并对汽车的市场垄断集中度有分化作用,优化了汽车产业结构。我国政府应当加大对战略性产业的R&D补贴,进一步优化政府R&D补贴结构,完善创新激励制度,培育良好的创新环境。
