| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后,根据WTO相关原则以及农业协定的相关规定,我国农业发展面临巨大的挑战,尤其是在多哈回合由于各国在农业补贴问题上的纷争而止步不前的背景下,重新审视我国的农业补贴问题显得尤为重要。文章以WTO关于农业补贴的具体规则为框架,分析了我国农业补贴的现状以及存在的问题,从而提出了进一步规范在WTO框架下我国农业补贴政策的思路。
