摘 要: | 酒店业的竞争压力和工作要求的严格性等因素的影响,许多星级酒店的员工中已经出现了职业倦怠的现象。基于此,在对酒店员工职业倦怠的现象研究基础上,以浙江省不同地区的470名酒店员工为例,采用了问卷调查形式,探讨了职业倦怠各维度与社会支持之间的相关性,从而对酒店如何干预和降低职业倦怠提出相应的管理建议。

Abstract: | Because of job-stress,staff had phenomenon on job bournout so this aticle studies the status of the staff job burnout and the relationship of social support by surveying 470 staffs in high-rate hotel of Zhejiang.Based on investigation,analysis on the relationship between job Burnout and social support,the paper makes some suggestion of interrupting job bournout for hotel mamnagement. |
