摘    要:城市饭店的发展是一个城市经济发展的重要标志,而城市饭店的空间布局对其发展具有举足轻重的作用。根据城市地理理论,假设影响城市饭店空间布局的地理因子——道路、边沿、标识、节点和区域,采用实证分析的方法,通过对长沙市饭店空间布局地理因子影响规律分析、地理因子影响力分析、地理因子对不同档次饭店影响的比较分析和地理因子主成分分析,探讨影响城市饭店空间布局的地理因子对不同档次饭店的影响作用。通过实证分析,得出了道路是影响城市饭店空间布局的关键因子、区域因子对不同类型饭店影响各异、标识因子不能决定饭店的空间布局、节点因子对饭店选址并非完全有利的结论。

Abstract:The development of hotels is an important indicator of the economy development of a city. The spatial layout of hotels is about locations and spatial distribution of hotels. It is crucial to the development of hotels. This research focuses on geographic factors that may influence the spatial layout, and conducts a quantitative study using statistical methods to investigate their impacts and differences. Different from traditional urban structure research which is based on land functionality and society analysis, this article focuses on individual and collective behaviors which are influenced by the space of city. Based on the theory of city geography, we choose five elements of city imagery as the first level factors, namely, road, edge, sign, jiont and regions. We conduct a case study on the hotels in Changsha, the capital of Hunan province. This city has certain advantages in economy andgeography. The tourism industry in this city is well developed, and the hotels are representative. We investigate the impacts of the geographic factors on the hotels at different levels. Specifically, we analyze the regulation and degree of the impact of those factors, compare their impacts on hotels at different levels, and conduct principle component analysis for them. Based on the empirical analysis, we arrive at the following four conclusions: (1) Road factor is the key factor that influences the spatial layout of urban hotels, (2) Region factor has different impacts on different types of hotels, (3) Sign factor does not solely determine the spatial layout, and (4) Joint factor does not always henefit the choice of location of hotels. The results provide important insights into scientific locating and layout of, which can benefit the development of the hotel industry of China.
