信息化环境下企业财务共享管理模式研究

Research on Enterprise Financial Sharing Management Mode Under Informatization Environment

In the era of economic globalization,in order to improve the internal work efficiency of enterprises in the process of development and progress,it is the trend of the times to apply the enterprise financial sharing management mode and improve its own informatization level.Starting from the background of enterprise financial sharing,this paper analyzes the design of financial sharing center from organizational structure,business process,performance control and informatization system,and discusses the functions of financial accounting audit,capital control and tax platform management of financial sharing center,aiming to bring some reference to the application of enterprise financial sharing management mode in informatization environment.
