新形势下企业工会工作的探索与实践

企业工会是管理者与基层人员沟通的桥梁,在提高企业管理水平、推动企业发展中发挥了关键性作用。当前,企业工会工作存在企业对工会工作的重视程度不足、无法有效发挥工会工作的职能效应以及企业没有全面支持各项工会工作的开展三方面问题。为了确保新形势下企业工会工作能够取得良好的效果,论文提出相关人员需要优化工会工作模式,提升工会工作效果,建立健全的工会工作机制,保证工会工作有序进行,强化企业工会职能,突显工会价值。

Exploration and Practice of Enterprise Trade Union Work Under the New Situation

The enterprise trade union is the bridge between the managers and the grassroots personnel to communicate,which plays a key role in improving enterprise management level and promoting enterprise development.At present,there are three problems existing in the enterprise trade union work:the lack of attention of the enterprise to the trade union work,the failure to give full play to the function effect of trade union work,and the lack of comprehensive support for developing various trade union work by the enterprise.In order to ensure that the enterprise trade union work under the new situation can achieve good effect,the paper proposes that relevant personnel need to optimize the trade union work mode,improve the effect of trade union work and establish a sound trade union work mechanism,ensure that trade union work is carried out in an orderly manner,strengthen the function of enterprise trade union and highlight the value of trade union.
