| 摘 要： | 发展村级集体经济是解决“三农”问题,实现农村全面发展的有效途径。江苏新农村建设典型村的实践再次证明了村级集体经济的主导作用,文章通过对这些村发展模式和经验的剖析,提出新形势下发展集体经济的对策。

| Abstract: | The development village collective economy is the effective way to solve the problem of＂Three Agriculture＂and realize rural full scale development.Jiangsu new rural reconstruction typical village＇s practice has proven once more village collective economy＇s leading role.This article shows proposes of developing collective economy under new situation through the anaysis of these village development model and experience. |
