| 摘 要： | 国有商业银行股份制改造是我国提升整体金融竞争力,应对金融业全面对外开放的有力举措.文章通过DEA模型对已经改制的三家国有控股商业银行的效率进行了实证分析,得出了国有商业银行在改制的过程中及改制后效率都有明显提升的结论,并在分析影响我国国有商业银行效率的因素基础上,从宏观经济因素、行业因素、银行基本特征和其他因素四个方面探讨了促使国有控股商业银行在改制后效率提升的原因.
