The Application of PM3 in Manufacturing Enterprises

At present, project management （PM） that is an optimization technology of management has been applied to the manufacturing operations of the organization. As an effective assessment tool to PM, Project Management Maturity Model （PM3） should be promoted and applied in manufacturing enterprises. This paper describes the concept and grade of PM3, and from the perspective of manufacturers, describes the necessity of application of PM3 in manufacturing enterprises. and has a brief discussion of the application steps of PM3 in manufacturing enterprises.
