摘    要:近几年,越来越多的高职院校升格为本科院校,学校对教师各项综合素质、能力的要求进一步提高。笔者在多年的教育教学、管理工作中发现,现阶段高校教师队伍中存在着不少问题,教师"师范性"缺失的问题尤为突出。本文就教师"师范性"的含义,高职院校升格为本科院校后教师"师范性"缺失的表现及原因进行了分析和论述,并提出相应改进建议。

Abstract:In recent years,a growing number of vocational institutions were upgraded to colleges,teachers' comprehensive quality and capability was asked to be further improved.In many years of teaching and management,the author found there were many problems in the ranks of teachers,porticularly the issue of missing"teacher".This paper discusses the meaning of teache"rteacher",analyzes the reasons of lack of teache"rteacher"after vocational institutions were upgraded to colleges,and proposes recommendations for improvement.
