呼和浩特市高校女生体育活动的现状与对策研究

通过对呼和浩特市高校女生体育现状进行调查分析,结果表明:呼和浩特市高校女生对体育价值的认识不全面;对体育课也还持有积极态度,参加体育活动的动机有着多元化的趋势。影响呼和浩特市高校女生参加体育活动的主要因素是对体育活动的重要性认识不足和懒惰心理,体育设施的缺乏等。提出在体育教学中注重培养学生的体育意识,改善学校的体育设施条件,构建开放型的高校体育教学体系。

On the Present Situation of Female College Students’ Sport Activities in Hohhot and Countermeasures

Through a survey analysis of the present situation of female college students’ sport activities in Huhhot,this paper puts forward the outcome of this survey including the incomplete understanding to sport value,the positive attitude to PE education and the diversified trend to participate in sport activities.The main factors that influence their participation in sports activities are the insufficient awareness to its importance,lazy psychology and lack of sport equipments.This paper puts forward that in physical education teaching,we should pay attention to cultivate students’ sport awareness,improve the school’s sport equipment condition and construct open physical teaching system in university.
